A $150 million expansion planned by the Barona Band of Mission Indians of California is the subject of a new study. The study is the first conducted per an agreement reached between Gov Davis and 59 California gaming tribes. The 98-page environmental impact study found the only significant impact affected traffic. The Barona Band is planning a two-story casino of about 300,000-square feet, a 120-room hotel and an 18-hole golf course, among other additions.
