Tribe to raze raise casino

MARCH 26, 2001 Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Chairman Richard Milanovich on Monday said the California tribe will raze their dowtown Palm Springs casino and build a new, larger one in its place. Milanovich said the tribe hasn't finalized plans but a developer says he hopes to begin work on a larger casino and hotel within a couple of months. The tribe will open a new casino in Rancho Mirage in two weeks. Get the Story:
