A Massachusetts man who claims he lost out on a $158,000 casino jackpot has taken his case to federal court.

Vasilios Milios says he should have won the money at the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation casino in Connecticut. But after losing his case in the tribe's courts system, he has asked a federal court to consider his plight.

His attorney, Ed Scallon, claims the tribe's court is ignoring rights provided by the 1968 Indian Civil Rights Act, according to The Boston Globe. Milios is non-Indian.
