Tanana chiefs elect leaders

FRIDAY, MARCH 15, 2002 The Tanana Chiefs Conference of Alaska has elected new leaders. Buddy Brown, from Huslia village, was elected president at a conference gathering in Fairbanks on Thursday. Jerry Isaac, chief of Tanacross village, is the new vice-president, and Mickey Stickman, first chief of the Nulato Tribal Council, is secretary/treasurer. TCC represents 42 villages. Get the Story:
