FRIDAY, JANUARY 25, 2002 Felix Edmund has resigned from his job as Alakanuk village police chief after being cited for smoking marijuana with a 15-year-old. Edmund, 22, submitted his resignation January 18. He had been the on and off police chief since 1999, Get the Story:
