Guilty plea in Northern Cheyenne drug bust

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2001 A Montana man on Wednesday pleaded guilty in federal court to transporting one pound of methamphetamine as part of a scheme to introduce the drug to the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. A group of individuals conspired to bring the drug to the reservation, said authorities, but their plan was broken up this past March. Tom Charley admitted he transported the drug from Oregon to Montana. Another woman, Erika Ilse Pederson, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Get the Story:
