McVeigh set to die Monday

After being rejected by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, convicted Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh on Thursday ended efforts to try and delay his execution.

The execution is scheduled to take place June 11 in Indiana. It is the first federal execution in 38 years.
