Jason Pritchard was arraigned in district court in Anchorage, Alaska, on Monday on charges he attempted to murder four elementary school children.

Pritchard reportedly yelled out "Kill the young children" and other statements as he was being led from the courtroom. Otherwise, he was quiet during the proceedings.
