MAY 30, 2001

Ousted Seminole Chief Jim Billie says he's not embarrased by a sexual harrassment lawsuit filed by a former employee of the Florida tribe and vows he's not finished with his battles yet.

Billie has been the subject of a political dispute within the tribe. The council voted 4-0 to suspend him indefinitely amid a reported FBI probe of financial dealings affecting the tribe and Billie's legal problems.
