Judge to approve $192.5M race settlement

A federal judge in Georgia on Tuesday said he will approve a $192.5 million dollar discrimination settlement between Coca-Cola and African-American employees.

Each salaried African-American worker would receive $40,000 from the settlement. It applies to 2,200 employees who worked for Coke between April 22, 1995, and June 14, 2000.
