McVeigh team drafting execution delay

Convicted Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh has authorized his defense team to draft a delay in his scheduled execution, sais his lawyer on Tuesday.

McVeigh could authorize the filing of the paperwork today. Attorney General John Ashcroft has promised there will be no additional delays even as the FBI turns up more documents that were denied McVeigh's defense.
