MAY 22, 2001 The FBI on Monday held a seminar on how to identify hate crimes for officers in Anchorage, Alaska. The city has been hit by a number of racially charged incidents against Alaska Natives. Rapes, assaults, and the recent paint-ball attacks by White youths on Alaska Natives have led to hearings and a state task force on racism and discrimination. Get the Story:
