MAY 2, 2000 Connecticut towns opposing the federal recognition of two area tribes see an ally in the book Without Reservation. A lawyer for one of the towns said the book comes at an important time. The towns oppose recognition for the Eastern Pequot and Paucatuck Eastern Pequot tribes.
