SANTA FE — Regis Pecos, director of the state Office of Indian Affairs, was driving a state-owned car when he was arrested on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and careless driving last month, according to documents released Tuesday by the federal Bureau of Indian Affairs Relevant Links:
