On April 6th, the Ninth Circuit federal appeals court largely upheld the theft conviction of Crow chairwoman Clara Nomee. Yesterday, Nomee filed to run again for the position of tribal chair, a position she has held for 10 years. An election for the two-year term office will be held May 13. Get the Story:
