Pueblo man pleads guilty to murder

JANUARY 12, 2001 A Pojoaque Pueblo man pleaded guilty on Wednesday to the second-degree murder of a woman killed during a high-speed car crash in November 1999. Jeremy Louis Tapia's blood-alcohol content at the time of the crash was 0.18 percent. The legal limit in New Mexico is 0.10 percent. Get the Story:
