OCTOBER 19, 2000 Police in St. Paul, Minnesota, arrested another man in connection with the shooting death of Benjamin Bennett, the son of Audrey Kohnen, the president of the Prairie Island Mdewakanton Dakota council. Bennett was killed in a drive-by shooting in the city earlier this month. Police had arrested two others men but both were released without charges filed against them. Get the Story:
