Controversial wolf hunt approved

The Norwegian government' Natural Resources Directorate on Monday approved a controversial hunt on nine wolves in the southern part of the country.

Wolves have been hunted to near extinction and number around 100. The wolves in question are being hunted because farmers have complained they are killing livestock and pets.
