The Winners

Judge Royce Lamberth - We don't care if we have to wait, the rulings are juicy.

The Losers

In The Middle
Unrecognized tribes - This Dodd-Lieberman rider looks like it won't go through but that doesn't mean BAR will work any faster.

Arizona Tribes - The law is on your side, let's see what the voters think.

Tribal Economies - You're emerging, or something like that. We think you have never been given a chance.

J.D. Hayworth - We wonder what you'd say if a gaming tribe secured a contempt ruling against Auntie Gale.
