In The Hoop
JULY 10, 2001 Welcome to In The Hoop, Indianz.Com's occasional column about assorted Indian issues. Divas 2001: In The Hoop Style
Inspired by today's installment of Native America Calling (it will be the only time this year, believe us), we have decided to create our very own list of Federal Government Divas -- women who have made their mark in a cutthroat world filled with intrigue, missing interns, and steak dinners at Blackie's House of Beef. If you put these six in a room together, In the Hoop knows that sparks will fly. Selected for their notoriety and infamy in Washington, DC, and beyond, these women -- as NAC puts it -- are known for making wise (and not so wise) Indian men submissively grovel at their well-heeled feet. So here's our list of DC Divas, complete with a forecast of their upcoming diva-like actions and appearances. Diva #1 | Diva #2 | Diva #3 | Diva #4 | Diva #5 | Diva #6 In Your Hoop
Did we miss any divas? Are you a diva? Email In the Hoop and let us know. Previous In The Hoops
