FRIDAY, MARCH 8, 2002 Thanks to profits from a financially successful casino, the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut has opened a housing complex for tribal elders. The 66,000-square-foot features 36 apartments described by The Norwich Bulletin as "luxurious." Tribal elders and spouses over the age of 55 are eligible to live in one- or two-bedroom flats, whose rent is based on income. Get the Story:
