TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 Secretary of Health and Human Services Tommy Thompson and Secretary of Education Roderick Paige will attend an upcoming United Nations session on children, the White House said on Monday. Bush administration officials had previously expressed concerns about attending the conference because the agenda contained references to abortion counseling services for adolescents.
