THURSDAY, JULY 12, 2001 An Interior appropriations spending bill making its way through the Senate includes $2.23 million to fund an Indian Health Service facility for the Sisseton-Wahpeton Tribe of South Dakota. The funds will be used to replace an existing facility which is said to be inadequate. Get the Story:
