MAY 12, 2000 The parents of a boy who died of chicken pox are suing an Indian Health Services hospital in Mescalero, New Mexico. His parents allege the negligence of the IHS hospital contributed to their son's death. Six month old Blaise K. Magooshboy was taken to the hospital by his parents in 1998 and died two days after the first visit. Get the Story:
