APRIL 27, 2000 With the deadline for the state of Montana, the Crow tribe, and federal officials to develop a water management plan approaching, the group said the work will be completed by July 17. However, the team will have to wait until after next month's Crow elections, featuring controversial Chairwoman Clara Nomee, are completed before their next meeting is scheduled.
