MARCH 27, 2001 The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation have awarded a grant to the Tribal Connections project at the University of Washington, the school reported on Monday. The $393,435 grant for the project, sponsored by the University of Washington and the National Library of Medicine, help provide access to electronic health related information to tribes in Arizona and New Mexico.
