DECEMBER 19, 2000 Giving Jane Fonda a run for her money, a new exercise video called "Rez-Robics" is aiming to keep Native Americans all over Indian Country healthy. Featuring Elaine Miles of "Northern Exposure" fame and Drew LaCapa, the self-billed "300 pounds of love" Apache comedian, the video is the branchild of Pam Belgarde, a Turtle Mountain Chippewa health worker, and Gary Rhine, a producer/director. The video is filled with activities for Indians of any size and contains humorous, but informative vignettes featuring the cast. Get the Story:
