NOVEMBER 28, 2000 In response to hundreds of complaints about product safety, Cosco is recalling about 1 million high chairs. The recalled models have model number 03-286 and a four-digit manufacture date from Dec. 1, 1997, through Aug. 11, 2000 printed on the bottom. Customers are advised to stop using the high chair and can contact Cosco at (800) 221-6736 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.ET Monday through Friday for a repair kit.
