BIA Information Collection Request
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking to renew two information collection requests: the Tribal Colleges and Universities Annual Report Form, OMB No. 1076-0105, and the Grants Application for Community Colleges, OMB No. 1076-0018.

To aid in deciding whether the information should continue to be collected, the BIA asks interested parties to provide comment. All comments are due on or before October 28.

Environmental Impact Statement
The Bureau of Indian Affairs has finalized a Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Section 14 Master Development Plan on the Agua Caliente Indian Reservation.

The statement applies to 640 acres of Indian-owned land located within the boundaries of Palm Springs, California. The land is a mix of trust and fee land.

Copies of the statement are available only upon request.

Alaska Resource Advisory Council Meeting
The Bureau of Land Management announces an October 15-16 meeting of the Alaska Resource Advisory Council.

The meeting will take place at the Anchorage Federal Office Building, located at 7th and C Street, beginning at 8:30 a.m. The public comment period will begin at 1 p.m. October 15.

Topics include the status of planning for the National Petroleum Reserve Alaska (NPR-A) and others the council may raise.
