NOVEMBER 27, 2000 Industry Minster Brian Tobin on Sunday promised Innu leaders in Labrador that a treatment center will be built there to help children addicted to gas. Tobin also said Innu will be federally recognized under the Status Act. This will make them elibigle for government programs and gives them greater control over internal affairs. Get the Story:
