N.M. Indian school a top water user

THURSDAY, APRIL 18, 2002 Santa Fe Indian School in New Mexico is the city of Santa Fe's second heaviest water user, according to local records. The school used 3,486,000 gallons of water in 2001. The amount far trailed that of the Agua Fria Community Water System Association, which used 8,075,100 gallons. The school is owned by the state's 19 Pueblo tribes. Get the Story:
