Tribes seek more water

AUGUST 14, 2000 The Confederated Tribes of the Grande are working with the city of Willamina and the city of Sheridan in order to find more water for their eservation in Oregon. The tribes hope to fund initial development costs as well as other costs to move two water projects along. With expansion of their Spirit Mountain Casino and new housing, the tribe hopes to come to a solution for its water needs. Get the Story:
