MONDAY, JULY 9, 2001 Rep. Darlene Hooley (D-Ore.) on Friday said she will introduce legislation to fight a radical environmentalist group responsible for arson and other alleged crimes. Hooley wants more funds to combat the activities of the Earth Liberation Front. Get the Story:
