THURSDAY, JULY 19, 2001 In an editorial today, The Sioux Falls Argus Leader says Secretary of Interior Gale Norton's recent visit to South Dakota didn't address substantial issues facing the state, calling the trip a "dog-and-pony show" for the President. The paper says Norton Norton's focus on promoting the "crisis theory" of increased energy production failed to address renewable energy, Indian and other issues. Get the Story:
