In an editorial today, The Sioux Falls Argus Leader says Secretary of Interior Gale Norton's recent visit to South Dakota didn't address substantial issues facing the state, calling the trip a "dog-and-pony show" for the President.

The paper says Norton Norton's focus on promoting the "crisis theory" of increased energy production failed to address renewable energy, Indian and other issues.
