Study: Alaska environment worth $2.6B

An Alaska Conservation Foundation study has put a $2.6 billion price tag on the state's environment.

The study looked at employment linked to the environment and natural resources. It concludes that 84,000 jobs, or 26 percent of the jobs, rely on the environment and its health.
