Secretary of Interior Bruce Babbitt will tour the Tent Rocks State Park today near Cochiti Pueblo.

Babbitt is being urged by the Pueblo and Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-N.Mex) to recommend the site as a national monument. He would make such a recommendation to President Bill Clinton.

Other officials in New Mexico also support the designation.
