Harvard University in Massachusetts is playing host to a tribal constitutional reform conference in May.

The gathering is being held by the Harvard Project on American Indian Economic Development. A number of tribes will attend the two-day session to focus on changing their governance structures.

Ben Cloud, a legislator for the Crow Tribe of Montana, plans to attend. His tribe has been in a number of legal disputes over recent changes to its constitution.
