Hope for Indian link to mammoth bones

The discovery of 11,000-year-old mammoth bones in northeastern South Dakota has lead to hopes stone tools or other evidence of Indians will be found.

Although the ancestors of today's Indians lived alongside the large animals, there is only one site in the state where evidence of both has been found together.
