Patrick Allori, an Italian-born of Northern Cheyenne descent is hoping to open a camp on the Northern Cheyenne reservation in Montana in order to teach children horse training traditions and other traditional practices.

Allori first visited his tribe's homeland at age 16 and has been returning ever since. He said his first visit was a "strange experience."

He started a powwow back in Switzerland three years ago. Sixteen from the tribe will attend.
