AUGUST 10, 2000 Randy 'L Teton, the model for the new golden dollar coin featuring the likeness of her ancestor, Shoshone explorer Sacagawea, is opening a new display for the tribal museum of the Shoshone-Bannock tribe in Idaho. Teton posed for the coin while she was a student at the University of New Mexico. Get the Story:
