WEDNESDAY, JULY 25, 2001 JoAnn Harvey, a teacher in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, has been elected to run the AmericanIndian/Alaskan Native Caucus of the National Education Association. Harvey is a member of the Nez Perce Tribe of Idaho. She will serve in her position to promote education of Indian children and to improve diversity for one year. Get the Story:
