MAY 29, 2001 Minority freshman applicants to the University of Northern Colorado are down 18 percent, a drop attributed to an increase in admissions standards. Solomon Little Owl, director of Native American Student Services at the Greeley campus, says the school is taking opportunities away from students. Get the Story:
