APRIL 26, 2001 The upcoming bicentennial celebration of the journey of explorers Lewis and Clark has drawn different views from tribes and Native Americans on whether or not to participate. While some tribes are active in the planning, some are worried about joining because the event commemorates the beginning of the exploitation of tribal culture.
