MARCH 9, 2001 Phil Deloria, the son of reknowned Sioux author Vine Deloria, will be the keynote speaker at a conference focused on past and present Sioux culture. "These Were the Sioux" is a two-day conference which will take place March 22 to 23 in Chadron, Nebraska. Get the Story:
