Americans not as smart as Asians Canadians

If test scores are an indication, American students aren't as smart as their counterparts in East Asia and Canada.

In math and science achievement tests administered worldwide, American students scored higher than average among 38 countries who participated. But many of the students who scored lower live in developing countries or in countries who participated for the first time.
