Pequot casino has mini-museum

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2001 The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has opened a new exhibit at its casino. The 1,200-square-foot exhibit replaces an older one previously housed at the casino. As The Norwich Bulletin puts it, the mini-museum is essentially a smaller version of what is found at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center, which is located about a mile away from the casino and accessible via a shuttle. The shuttle runs infrequently on the weekends but more regularly on the weekdays. Get the Story:
