FEBRUARY 5, 2001 "Revenge of the Pequots: How a Small Native American Tribe Created the World's Most Profitable Casino," a new book by Kim Isaac Eisler, takes on the history of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, focusing mainly on former Chairman Richard "Skip" Hayward.
