FEBRUARY 26, 2001 Kim Isaac Eisler, author of "Revenge of the Pequots: How a Small Native American Tribe Created the World's Most Profitable Casino," signed copies of his new book about the controversial Connecticut tribe at a bookstore in Mystic on Sunday. Eisler said he wanted to tell the story of how the tribe rose from obscurity to international prominence under former Chairman Richard "Skip" Hayward.
