The owners of a North Dakota studio which produced two of the recordings nominated for a Best Native American Music Album didn't see their clients win a GRAMMY but where happy nonetheless.

Cherie Harms and David Swenson, owners of the Makoche studio and record label in Bismarck, were represented by "Cheyenne Nation" by Joseph Fire Crow and Veterans Songs" by Lakota Thunder.
