After a very limited run on the East Coast, "Spirit - The Seventh Fire," a musical production by composer and musician Peter Buffett, is going on the road.

Buffet is starting the tour in conjunction with the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial. Dates have been scheduled in Louisville, Kentucky; Kansas City; Omaha, Nebraska and Portland, Oregon.

Beyond that, Buffet wants to bring the show to Indian Country and has been seeking tribal backing. The production will be housed in an 800-seat tent designed for the event.
